We wish you all a Happy Resurrection Sunday! The concept of Jesus’ resurrection is something we’re not totally sure that Joshua fully understands yet, but we still had a delightful time with all of the fun festivities that surround this Easter holiday anyway!
We saw the Easter Bunny. Elliott was not a fan at first, but he did come around.
We did some fun family pictures at home too.
We decorated some eggs too!
We opened the Easter cards that we received in the mail.
And we ended the week at Grammy’s house where we did lots of fun things!
- Making Resurrection Rolls (bread dough wrapped around a marshmallow, which melts as it bakes, so it ends up hollow inside!)
- Playing with the horse
- Decorating more eggs!
- Doing a Community Easter Egg Hunt
- And a family Easter Egg Hunt
- Checking out the contents of the eggs we found
- And just being cute!

What a fun, exciting and tireing day. Your boys are so cute. I love the picture of Joshua kissing his momâ¦.I have one of K about that age kissing Lauraâ¦so sweet. And I love your momâs sheer delight when sheâs with her grandkids (and kids)â¦just looks like a very special, lovely day.
